I, Shannon Ginnan M.D., have NEVER owned in whole or part any portion of Reveal Medspa. Medalase was a dream of mine which recently came to fruition. It was started from the ground up and has NO financial relationship with Reveal Med Spa.
It is true that I was once under the employment of Reveal. Because of this, and in the interest of good will and doing the right thing for a large community of patients, I am willing under certain circumstances and provisions to assume some of your treatment.
It is important to note that this is being done without benefit of compensation. In other words, the money remitted to Reveal during its operation STAYED with Reveal. I have not in past, present or future terms been remunerated by Reveal MedSpa in any way, shape or form for the services you paid to them that I might now provide for you.
To be blunt, as a new business this is an extremely heavy financial burden to bear, and it is my hope that my investment in you as new patients will engender a willingness to invest in Medalase as your new long term provider for the art of graceful aging.
I realize some of you are skeptical to spend your hard earned dollars at a fledgling establishment, much less one that is saddled with the baggage of confusion, i.e. “is this just a shell game, the same old company attired with a new alias? Will we be robbed or short shrifted down the road?”
The answer is a resounding NO. I am in this to cultivate a par excellence culture where integrity, skill, and customer service is the order of the day.
